Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or report any issue such as a defect, damage, or incorrect item. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

 

 

 

Eligibility

 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

 

 

How to Start a Return

 


To request a return, contact us at orders@Jesusmerch.shop within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

 

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and the issue (if applicable)

  • A brief description of the reason for return

 


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

 


Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your item.

 

 

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

 


Certain items cannot be returned, including:

 

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

 


The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your existing item (once approved) and place a new order.

Exchanges are only done if 1. The product is defective 2. You want a different size.

 

 

Refunds

 


Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund was approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
